Wine Dinners

Hudson-Chatham Winery hosts four to six winery dinners per year. They are generally five course dinners, served with a selection of current wines, library wines, and barrel samples. We work with many of the region’s best chefs. Past chefs have include David Robinson of Bezalel Gables, Josephine Proul of Local 111, Barbara Goldstein of Blima Catering, Mara Simon of Simon-Coluccio,  Jeff Lischinsky, and Jeff Gimmel of Swoon Kitchenbar.
