Hudson-Chatham Winery offers five different handmade, small batch fruits made especially to pair with cheese. At the Hudson-Chatham Winery, we sell all the cheeses of the Hudson Valley during the course of the year. For the last several years we’ve offered our Black Currant Caviar, so dark, thick, and rich with fruit, it looked almost like a purple caviar. It has been served throughout the Hudson Valley and New York City.
Today we offer five absolutely sinful flavors. These drizzles and jams are specifically made to pair with the unique cheeses of the Hudson Valley (but they’ll wow discerning taste buds with any cheese from anywhere). Using rare to small production fruits, and locally made in kitchens in the Columbia County, NY, these recipes were especially created for this incredible line of fruit preserves, conserves, compotes, and jams. They are a delicious addition to any cheese plate, they are great as an ingredient to liven up other dishes.
